Ongoing Mindfulness Practice Group

It can be hard to keep up a practice by yourself so join fellow graduates from the Mindful based courses for a weekly group led by Sally Barraud. The emphasis will be on practice and providing an ongoing community of support for applying mindfulness in your life. These one hour sessions are held weekly. Please contact Sally on sallybarraud@gmail.com to be placed on list. You will receive a weekly reminder.

Please note, this practice group is for those who have completed an 8 week Mindful Way(MBSR) or Living Mindfully (MBCT) program.
