Application
Every applicant is sent an application to complete. A document outlining the details of the course is also sent so that you are informed of the commitment we ask of you during the period of the course. Once the application is received your place on the course is reserved. We then send you an invoice for the course.

Cost
The cost of the course is $690 incl GST.
The fee is due prior to the commencement of the course. We aim to make the course accessible to those who could benefit and will consider concessions on the basis of need.
Payment
Details will be sent to you directly. You may pay by eftpos, direct credit, or by cheque.
Refund policy
In our time of running the courses participants have consistently found it has been beneficial. However there may be times when a person needs to drop out of the course. We will provide a refund minus an administration fee of $100 for requests made prior to the second class in the course series. Course fees will not be refunded after the second class. However you have the opportunity to take a class at a future time that works with your schedule and situation. Please request the refund in writing at the time you leave the course to marijke@mindfulpsychology.co.nz indicating your name, the course you were on, the reason for the refund and contact details should we wish to contact you.
Repeating the Course
The course can be repeated as a refresher for a fee of $450 plus GST
